Carbon steel/mild steel welding wire for MIG/MAG welding using CO2 gas or mixed gas (80% Argon to 20% CO2). A gas-shielded metal arc welding process with tensile strength up to 490 MPa. Suitable for all-position welding on thin sheet metal, using higher current for vertical and overhead welding. The wire offers good mechanical properties, creates neat bead appearance, low spatter, smooth welding arc, and excellent melting transfer across the arc to the workpiece. Ideal for narrow gap joints, high-speed welding, and difficult welding positions. Perfect for butt and fillet joints in structural steel, vehicles, various machinery, and industrial applications.
